How Long Do Deliveries Take?
Once you place your order online, you will receive an instant order confirmation from our system. Our staff will check stock or confirm with the manufacturer your order can be built in the timescales shown on the individual product. We aim to deliver within the lead times shown on each product and we’ll confirm by email within 48hrs (unless a product is a next day item for obvious reasons) your delivery date.
Some products can take up to 15-25 days depending on quantity and specification. Please read the product descriptions carefully before ordering, but if you require the product sooner, please give us a call and we’ll see what we can do to improve the lead time.
Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 8.30am-5.30pm (excluding bank holidays).
Next Day Delivery
Items with the Next Day delivery symbol ordered before 2pm will be delivered the following day to most parts of the UK. (excluding NI and highlands of Scotland)
Quick Ship conditions
Where you see the green QS sign this indicates that this product is available on a 1- 2 day quickship service. Quick ship rates will apply, so if you require this service, please contact us today on 0208 481 6697
- Interface reserves the right to add or remove products to/from the list at any time.
- Available from stock means that orders placed before 2:00 pm (GMT) via the phone shall be dispatched from Interface the next normal business day.
- Available from stock is however based on best efforts and Interface / Interiors that Deliver do not accept any liability arising therefrom.
- For Times when speed is a necessity, the 24 Hour Quick Ship programme offers over 50 options from four of our most popular collections. Colours indicated with the QS symbol are included in the 24 hour Quick ship programme – up to 500 square metres per colour – (150 square metres for accent colours), available for dispatch within 24 hours of order placement. One box minimum order quantity.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on nearly all of our products in mainland UK and an installation service is available on request. Details of installation can generally be found on the individual product page.
Some parts of Scotland may, however, incur an additional delivery charge which can be confirmed before an order is placed.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Orders for Northern Ireland and the rest of the world, all enquiries need to be dealt with by phone.
Can you send to PO Box addresses?
Unfortunately, we can not deliver to a P.O.box address, as a signature is required on all deliveries.
How are orders shipped?
A lot of the products we supply are made to order causing longer lead times….so please take this into consideration when choosing your product.
Products are despatched either from our warehouse or directly from the manufacturers. Due to this fact, multiple items may not arrive at the same time. All products are delivered to the doorstep on the ground floor for health and safety reasons, but if you require anything more, please get in touch.
Can I change my delivery address after an order has been placed?
Yes, it could be possible if you give us enough notice. However this may alter your delivery date, so please give us a call to discuss.
Problems with deliveries
Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, occasionally damages or missing parts can occur. If this happens, please call customer service on 020 8481 6697 as soon as possible to assist you. If you have the ability to take a photo and email to firstname.lastname@example.org this would help speed your issue along.
